Description of the process and filtration system
The filter system is equipped with two cartridge filters and a magnetic filter. It is designed to optimize and reuse the process polishing liquids thus reducing operational costs. The polishing liquid passes through the magnetic filter which retains any metallic properties, then it will pass through the first cartridge (from 10 to 1 micron) and finally through the second cartridge, always from 10 to 1 micron. Once the polishing liquid has been filtered it will be clean and reusable for the next polishing cycle while preserving its properties. The filtration system is estimated to extend the life of the polishing liquid by 70%
